Request a ServiceA: As our name suggests, we strive to be a green company, by employing non-toxic products from leading brands whenever possible and using non-chemical methods, such as hot water extraction, to clean carpets, upholstery and draperies. When detergents and stain removal products need be applied, we use safety-tested agents only.
A: We can schedule an emergency, weekend, and even public holiday session, upon request and subject to availability.
A: Depending on the type of carpeting you have, as well as on the temperature and humidity levels in the room, it will take between 2 to 4 hours for the floor covering to dry completely. If you must step on the carpet before it has dried out, we recommend that you remove any footwear or use overshoes.
A: Please avoid applying any cleaning detergents on a fresh stain, as this may compromise the results of our cleaning efforts. You can blot out the liquid with a cloth.
A: Please, refer to our Terms and Conditions. We will make every effort to remedy the situation (re-clean, rectify damages, etc.) up to your utmost satisfaction.
А: We require a 24-hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
My carpets are perfectly clean after the service. The price was okay and Sam's team were brilliant.

I made a short-notice carpet cleaning booking after an engagement party we hosted in our house. The sales operator were very polite and the guy they sent - Jeff did a superb job, getting all of the stains out. Couldn't ask for more.
